A couple of months back our family adopted a new dog – Peanut! After the initial joy of having a new doggo around the house, we settled in to constant barking at everyone and everything, nipping at our kids, and a tiny tyrant running the show! We needed help! Alex came to our home for weekly training sessions with Peanut and it was immediately obvious that we had made the right choice. My family was so fortunate to be referred to Alex to train our newly adopted 9-month old pup. His calm energy kept everyone - humans and dog- at ease. He never raises his voice when training. I was blown away at how effective training can be with minimal words and a laid back attitude. Alex was amazing with our 10 month old Samoyed, Appa! We tried two different groups classes with other trainers and found them to be too overstimulating for our reactive, hyper, master-manipulator puppy (said with love).
Alex was great matching his training to the needs of our puppy and helped us navigate through a lot of demand barking, impatience and humping.
